Radisson Hotel President Old Town Istanbul

Our breakfast experience was very good. The selection of food was fairly good and widespread. The service of the staff was attentive. Azim, the customer relations officer, was always around and talking to guests. He was very friendly and a pleasant source fo information.The bedrooms were decently sized. There was one main restaurant in the hotel priced at european prices. But the food was nice. But the hotel new the variety

Stayed in different hotels when there weren't available rooms, but always coming back to Radisson. My favourite room is 503. In last year service improved to the higher level, and housekeeping is doing a great job. Well done! Rooms cleanliness up to the standard! Rooms set up absolutely brilliant: soft and comfy bed, new linen, nice smell in the room, toiletries and amenities, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, white fluffy towels, tea and coffee facilities, iron and ironing board, TV with different channel. Hotel corridors bright, carpet and walls spotless. Room service always delivers amazing service during breakfast time in the restaurant or dinner set up in the room. Reception staff are very professional, kind, respectful, and helpful, always smiling. You can feel "WELCOME " from the first step only in Radisson! Beautiful lobby with seasonal fresh flowers, fruits, detox water, and still water, so delicious turkish coffee you can drink while waiting for taxi. Public toilet clean and tidy ALWAYS! Spa and swimming pool - daughter's favourite place. 10 from 10! Guest Relations keeping everything under the control and any issues will be sorted in a few seconds! Radisson team working hard and all together they provide AMAZING SERVICE - to make each guest happy, to enjoy the stay in a beautiful Radisson! All in all, it was a very nice stay. • Great location • Very helpful staff • Amazing view from the balcony and very quiet/ no outside noise • 24/7 room service was good • Nice breakfast (but too expensive)

This was my first visit to Istanbul and I was so impressed with the staffs. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. I normally don’t interact much but the staffs were so friendly and nice that I did not hesitate to ask questions. I needed to book the Bosphorus river cruise and they set it up for me. YAGIZ- THE front desk officer was exceptionally helpful. CENGIZHAN HAZAR helped me with my luggage. Yalcin Kaya helped us with the airport taxi for lesser price. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay in this location.

The location suited us well and although it is in the busiest area it is quiet. The room had sea view and was it was amazing being able to see the Bospherous from our window. The breakfast options were plentiful, varied and fresh and the dining room staff were attentive and happy to help. The staff were fantastic especially the head of security who was always happy to help. Lailya who was part of housekeeping who despite being always really busy was always happy to to help in anyway with the biggest smile. However what made our stay in Istanbul the best holiday was the Guest Manager Azim. His attention to detail for his guests is amazing, his generous time and the welfare of his guests is second to none, We felt safe and really looked after. We look forward to our fourth visit.
